What? Fan Dance Series: Winter Edition
Description? The Fan Dance is a grueling 24km SAS Selection test march staged over Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons. The infamous march is the world's oldest Special Forces test and is considered the yardstick of a candidate's potential to perform well on Test Week and ultimately pass the SAS & SBS Selection course.

What? Boyzone
Description? After six UK #1 singles, five UK #1 albums and 25 years together, the iconic Boyzone will release their final album ‘Thank You & Goodnight’ on November 16. They’ve also announced details of their 25th anniversary and farewell UK and Ireland arena tour

What? Cardiff Business Club dinner in honour of Simon Fox
Description? Simon Fox has been Chief Executive of Reach plc (formerly Trinity Mirror) since September 2012. Simon began his career as a graduate trainee at Security Pacific Bank and then at Boston Consulting Group. Between 2006 and 2012 he was Chief Executive of HMV Group, which at the time operated the HMV brand in the UK and overseas, MaMa Group (live music) and Waterstones, bookstores in the UK.

What? Take pART 2019
Description? 1 building; 2 days; 300+ workshops, drop-ins, talks, performances; 10,000 participants; loads of fun. Venue Cymru will host an explosion of arts and literature workshops and events in January 2019, with the return of take pART. Following on from last year’s hugely successful event’ which attracted some 10,000 people through Venue Cymru’s doors, take pART 10 is looking to be even bigger and better than ever before!
