We are really pleased to welcome Lorna James to Grapevine. Lorna joins us on the kickstart scheme and I am sure you will get to meet her at one of events soon, but in the meantime here is a little introduction to out new Marketing and Events Assistant.

“Hi I’m Lorna and I’ve recently started here at Grapevine as a marketing and events assistant. Before moving to Cardiff, I was living in the seaside town of Tenby, having recently graduated with a 2:1 in Aviation. However, I have always wanted to pursue a career in marketing and events and thought why not give it a go. I’m excited to challenge myself and take advantage of the amazing opportunities here at Grapevine and hopefully continue with it in the years to come.”

Random Facts:

· I was born and raised in the seaside town of Tenby, notorious for its beautiful beaches and colourful houses, but I’m a city girl at heart.

· I love to travel. Given my degree, I was fortunate enough to travel to many countries around the world. I live by the quote ‘Travel because money returns. Time doesn’t’

· I like reading, give me a book and you won’t see me for hours.

· I am a spontaneous person. I live day by day and take things as they come, although this does get me in trouble sometimes.
